Pose Setup: Put your client on a track lane, about 10 to 20 feet from you, and shoot from low near the lane line so the ground and yellow markings lead the eye toward them. Have them run into the frame mid-stride, torso angled slightly forward, arms driving with fists up, and keep the head turned enough that their face stays visible while the body cuts across the composition. What To Say: "Give me that moment right after the push, like the finish is calling you. Pretend you've just kicked into speed and you're chasing something you refuse to lose. Keep your focus locked, fierce and alive." Optional Variation: "Now sell it one notch harder, like you're about to spring past the camera."
