Pose Setup: Frame a tight, three-quarter view with a smooth vertical pillar creating a strong right-side boundary. Have your subject tuck the elbow up and place one hand resting near the top of the pillar, letting it partially cover the upper face while the smile stays fully visible. Turn the torso slightly so the face angles toward the open side, keeping the eyes aimed toward you for connection. What To Say: "Give me a bright, effortless smile like you just found something wonderful. Rest your hand right where you feel protected, and peek your face around it with confidence. Imagine the breeze is catching your hair and you're enjoying the moment, not posing for it." Optional Variation: Slide the face a little farther behind the pillar so one eye feels more hidden, keeping the smile directed to me.
